Historic 4th Street Brewery Tour

1940s 4th Street looking East with a view of Sierra BreweryTake a stroll along a stretch of Reno's historic 4th Street corridor and hear stories about how the area developed. We will talk about the history of beer brewing in this area, a legacy recently revived by several business owners in the district. We will also touch on the various industries that have characterized this corridor since its inception.

During the half-mile walk, we will stop in Pigeon Head Brewery, Lead Dog Brewing, and the Depot for beer tastings and building tours. The price includes tastings at all three breweries. Space is limited.

Tickets are $30 per person for HRPS members and $45 per person for non-members.

Please note: Must be 21 or over to join this tour. The route includes uneven surfaces that may not be accessible for wheelchairs. Carpooling to the event is encouraged, as this event will coincide with the Lincoln Highway Tweed Ride and parking may be limited. Tickets are non-refundable.

Proceeds from this tour support the Historic Reno Preservation Society, a local 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and promoting historic resources in the Truckee Meadows through education, advocacy, and leadership.
